The direction that our company is engaged in is the production of enzyme preparations and the development of technologies for their use — " said Yuriy Nikolaevich Samoylenko, General Director of Dnipro Association-K LLC, Hero of Socialist Labor. - Enzymes (Lat. fermentum-sourdough, fermentation), as is known, are specific proteins-substances that are synthesized in the cells of living organisms and accelerate biochemical processes. Chemical reactions involving enzymes are called enzymatic catalysis. At the same time, the reaction rate increases by 1010-1013 times. Our preparations are obtained by fermentation of sugar beet molasses, that is, they are made from natural raw materials and are completely safe for humans and the environment. Some of them have already successfully proven themselves in agriculture — the results of their application in farms are simply amazing, when decomposing oil sludge, removing oil spills, processing compost, etc. But this is a separate, very interesting topic. 

It should be noted that the world's first place in the development of enzyme technologies belongs to the Americans. In the USA, for example, the enzyme preparation — soil stabilizer Perma-Zyme11X was synthesized. Thanks to this preparation, you can make a strong road surface from almost any soil. At first, we used an American drug in our practice, but it is very expensive. It took us four years to synthesize an analog (replicant) of an overseas drug. In the process, I came up with an idea on how to improve it. (This is our know-how). As a result, we were able to obtain an enzyme preparation with catalytic properties, which we called Dorzin. Since last year, it has been produced in Ukraine. In terms of efficiency, Dorzin surpasses all known soil stabilizers in Ukraine, it is safe and technologically advanced in use. 

At the same time, the price of a solid road surface, with the same load-bearing capacity, is several times lower than that made in the traditional way." 

Today, Dorzin is known as an enzyme preparation that makes it possible to build roads without asphalt, concrete, or gravel. And from what? - the reader will ask in surprise. From ordinary soil. This may include loam, sandy loam, etc. 

The technology of building such roads from improvised (more precisely, foot) materials is simple: the drug is mixed with water, introduced into the crushed soil, which is then compacted. 

When compressed, a catalytic binding process occurs, causing a strong cementitious effect. The result is a more durable and less vulnerable to moisture "road clothing" than using any other method. Such road clothing with a hard surface thickness of 15 centimeters is able to withstand an axle load of 7-11 tons. 

Thanks to Dorzin, worn asphalt surfaces can be repaired on-site. To do this, the old asphalt is ground using a special technique-a recycler, treated with a drug mixed with water and compacted — a strong restored coating is ready. 

The Ukrainian invention has already made its way into the practice of road construction. 

However, at home, for obvious reasons, Dorzin has not yet found widespread use. But in the countries of near and far abroad, our superstabilizer is in demand. 

In May of this year, construction of the autobahn (Category I road)began from the capital of Kazakhstan Astana to Petropavlovsk (1000 km) via the resort town of Borovoe. At present, i.e. until October 2007, 50 km of paved road surface with a width of 16 meters has been built, and next year another 16 meters will be completed in width. A 16-meter-wide, 1,200-meter-wide highway is being built every day! 

Such a high rate of construction of the Kazakhstan autobahn is due, including to the Ukrainian Dorzin. In addition, the drug will save millions of dollars. 

Dorzin is now used in Russia, Haiti, Santa Lucia, even in the USA — Florida, a highway has been built using the Ukrainian drug. Prior to the start of construction, soil samples from these countries were sent to Kiev for research, where recipes for soil mixtures were developed and recommendations for construction were issued. Customers from Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Ghana and other countries expressed their intentions to build roads using Ukrainian technology. 

The scope of application of Dorzin is by no means limited to road construction. 

It can be used in the construction of the foundations of reservoirs and sump tanks, wherever it is necessary to increase the density of the soil and reduce its moisture permeability. With the help of this preparation, it is possible to produce durable (M200 and higher grades) and frost—resistant (withstands 200 freeze-thaw cycles) bricks by dry pressing from almost any soil. At the same time, there is no need for an energy — intensive firing process (today, the price of energy resources in the cost price of ordinary ceramic bricks reaches 40-60%). The technology of manufacturing scarce building materials, which is now in great demand, has been worked out to the finest nuances. According to the developers, you can make products for every taste, different colors and textures. 

Today, the country, especially large cities and surrounding areas, increasingly resembles a huge construction site. Nevertheless, according to experts, the real construction boom is still ahead. In a few years, Ukraine should turn into a real "football mecca". 

Roads, stadiums, hotels, restaurants, recreation areas, etc.will have to be built in preparation for the final part of the 2012 European Football Championship in order to be ready to receive not only athletes, but also numerous fans and tourists. The Mayor's Office of the capital estimated that only the preparation of the road transport complex in Kiev for Euro 2012 requires no less than 36 billion hryvnia. In addition to the construction of new facilities, much needs to be overhauled and updated, and everything must be done in accordance with European standards. And since there is very little time before the epochal event, given the scale of work, you will have to make every effort to complete the "Euro" program. 

At the same time, the industrial capacity for the production of building materials is clearly not sufficient to meet the increasing demand for volumes and product range. Even now, there is an acute shortage of them on construction sites. The delay in the delivery of some materials, say the builders, is from one month to one and a half years. There are not enough bricks, foam concrete blocks are generally imported from abroad. 

Is it possible to organize the production of high-demand building materials in Ukraine as soon as possible? 

Is it realistic to build the necessary roads? Experts who know about Dorzin technologies say that this is quite realistic!!!
